Hello! My name is Mr. Gergen and I am the 7th grade Social Studies teacher at EVMS! I am from Miles City, Montana. I graduated from Custer County District High School in 2016 and graduated from the University of Montana Western in 2020, with a Bachelor's Degree in Interdiscplinary Social Sciences/Secondary Education. Throughout college, I was able to explore many classrooms throughout Montana. I student taught and taught at Sentinel High School in Missoula for a year. I have always loved Helena and I am very thankful that I am able to teach here in East Helena. In my free time, I enjoy hunting in Eastern Montana, fishing (Paddlefishing is the best,) skiing and enjoying quality time with my wife, our mini poodle, family and friends. I look foward to having a great year here at EVMS.
