I am Katie Griffiths.This will be my 11th year teaching 1st grade and I am very excited for the new school year!

I was raised in Deer Lodge, MT and graduated from Powell County High School. I received my Elementary Education degree from Montana State University in Bozeman and have a masters degree in reading and literacy.

My husband and I have two children Emmett (4) and Lucy (2). When I'm not at school, I enjoy reading, spending time with family, traveling, and enjoying the great outdoor activities Montana has to offer.
